Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information this website handles when you browse or contact Seyon Labs, and how optional analytics and advertising measurement work.

Last updated 29 September 2026

At a glance

Website forms use the details you submit so Seyon Labs can respond. Microsoft Clarity analytics runs on this website to help us understand how pages are used; you can turn it off at any time. Advertising measurement stays off unless you choose to enable it.

Keep patient records, payment card data and other sensitive details out of website enquiries. The complete terms and data-handling details are below.

Your cookie choices

You can change optional analytics and advertising settings at any time. Rejecting them does not block the website or its enquiry forms.

Read the full privacy and cookie terms

This notice covers seyonlabs.com and its website enquiry and demo forms. A separately deployed Seyon HMS system or a client project may have additional privacy terms.

Information you send us

If you send an enquiry, the website may collect your name, business or facility name, email address, phone number, the type of project you selected and the message you choose to write. The Seyon HMS demo form also asks for your city and the software modules you want to discuss.

The website sends enquiry details to a designated Seyon Labs Telegram inbox so the team can respond. The website code does not save enquiries to a site database. The server uses the request source address for short-term, in-memory abuse prevention; it is not included in the message delivered to the team. Telegram handles the message under its own Privacy Policy.

Please do not put patient names, medical records, payment card details or other sensitive personal information in a website enquiry. The form is for business and product questions.

Usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

The site loads Microsoft Clarity. Clarity helps us understand page use through interaction information such as clicks and scrolling, and may provide session replay and heatmap features. We mark enquiry forms for masking in session recordings. Clarity may use browser storage or cookies. See Microsoft’s Clarity data collection information and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Clarity is on by default. You can turn it off at any time using the cookie preference controls above; once turned off, it is not loaded on later visits from the same browser.

Advertising measurement

If Google Ads conversion tracking is configured for this website, the site loads that tag only after you enable advertising measurement. It is used to count completed enquiry submissions. If you later withdraw that choice, the website sends an updated consent state and stops submitting conversion events. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Browser storage

The website stores your optional tracking choices in local browser storage so the site can remember them between pages. After a successful Seyon HMS demo enquiry, session storage is used briefly to avoid counting the same form submission as more than one conversion. The website does not use that session marker to identify you.

How we use enquiry information

Seyon Labs uses the details you send to understand your request, contact you about the project or demo and continue a related business discussion. Enquiry messages are handled in the Seyon Labs inbox. To ask about access, correction or removal of a message, email team@seyonlabs.com.
